Any medication and therapy appointments scheduled via telemedicine (telephone/doxy.me) (Date-Date) will continue as normal
Any in-person appointments scheduled (Date-Date) will be offered to be completed via telehealth (telephone/doxy.me). Our clerical staff will call to offer you the telehealth option.
Any Injections will be completed as scheduled at an alternate site. Our staff will be contacting with more information.
