How exciting is it when we are surrounded by family and friends holding our little bundle of joy when they make their way into this world? There are so many emotions that we feel, that it is simply difficult to put into words. We want what’s best for our child; do everything we can to make sure we pave a loving and caring path for our little one. That’s why it is so important to know about Early Intervention services that are available to infants and toddlers, ages birth to 36 months, who are experiencing developmental delays or have a disability. By accessing Early Intervention Services, families may take advantage of every opportunity to provide for the health and well-being of their child. Early Intervention is a program of supports and services for families that are available to eligible infants and toddlers who have 25% or greater delay in any area of development, display atypical development or have a diagnosed condition that has a high probability of resulting in a developmental delay.  Early Intervention builds upon and provides supports and resources to assist family members and caregivers to enhance their child’s learning and development through everyday learning opportunities. ANYONE can call should you have concerns about your child’s development. We provide free developmental screenings and really listen to what your concerns are. The best part about Early Intervention is that we take child and family centered approach. Services are not delivered in a clinic, but rather, we come to your home or wherever the most natural environment is for your child and family. Services include, but are not limited to: Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy, Developmental Services, Service Coordination, and Occupational Therapy
